The following documents will be required for registration:
- Child’s Birth Certificate (State law requires a child to be 5 years old on or before September 1, 2010 to enroll in Kindergarten – no exceptions.)
- Proof of Residence (A current utility bill with parent/guardian’s name and address)
- Child’s Social Security Card
- Child’s Immunization Record
- Parent/Guardian’s Driver’s License
- Proof of Guardianship (if not parent)
